Broccoli


I am going to brag about one more thing, you guessed it, my broccoli. I am having a wonderful harvest so far. Here is what I picked yesterday evening.

To freeze broccoli: blanch in boiling water for 3 min; then immediately put in freezing cold water to stop cooking process and freeze in appropriate containers or plastic bags.
